Renae Romine - Property Manager & Marketing
Renae has a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in print and public relations, and a minor in business. She has had a wide variety of job experiences ranging from sales and pharmacy, to graphic design, photography, and marketing. Renae enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her son, being outside, reading, and eating ice cream.

Jennifer Breister - President/Owner
Jennifer brings a bachelor's degree in business management and a diverse professional background to the development team. Having grown up in the construction business, she gained experience at every level of the industry — a foundation that naturally evolved into a passion for thoughtful, community-focused development. That passion is best reflected in her work creating the townhomes at The Reserve, where she helped bring a vision for modern multi-family living to life.
