Lynne Breister - Vice President, Designer, & Leasing Manager
Lynne holds a bachelors degree in housing and is the co-owner of CP Iowa Properties. Lynne put her design skills and housing knowledge to the test when planning the perfect and finishes for these townhomes.

Renae Romine - Property Manager & Marketing
Renae has a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in print and public relations, and a minor in business. She has had a wide variety of job experiences ranging from sales and pharmacy, to graphic design, photography, and marketing. Renae enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outside, reading, and eating ice cream.
